Flycart Terms & Conditions

By using the Flycart website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our shipping, cancellation and return policies.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, images and prices accurately. Minor differences in appearance, packaging or colour can occur because of manufacturing updates, display settings or product batches.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional ₹50 COD handling charge. Prepaid payment is recommended if you want to avoid this extra COD charge.

Order acceptance

An order may be reviewed, cancelled or refunded if there is an obvious pricing error, suspected misuse, an unavailable product, an invalid address or another issue that prevents fulfilment.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier and location conditions can affect actual delivery time.

Returns and replacements

Return, refund and replacement requests are handled according to Flycart's Return, Refund & Replacement Policy and applicable law.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful activity.
