Order cancellation

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact Flycart as soon as possible after placing it.

We will try to cancel or modify the order if it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been packed, handed to the carrier or dispatched, cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible.

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, any applicable refund will be processed back through the available payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
